Did not run early in the morning, did not run before noon, so when I finally felt like running it was in the 90's and I am not ready to run in that heat. Maybe one day I will but not now. My gym is not that far so after I finally told myself that I was ready for some exertion all I had to do was to hop in the air conditioned car and drive 5 minutes over the hills.
Treadmills can be a bore but Law and Order on the screen took off some pain of running in one place so it was not so bad. I did 5 miles at a pretty good pace. My left hamstring complained for a while but then it stopped. I think I just need to make sure I am changing the pace and the slope often, that's all.
