Doing Nothing Is Boring

We decided to take one day off hiking and I am BORED. Sure it's beautiful here but by now I am so used to our little routine of getting up early and hitting the trail that this day of inactivity is driving me nuts.
So far we are having a blast. We got lost only once and I managed to fall into a creek (boulders are not supposed to be wobbly, right?). Nothing major happened and I will write more about it when I get access to a decent keyboard.
We have covered almost 100mi and don't feel tired of the trail at all. It is great meeting other hikers.
I am posting short updates on Facebook, which I can do even without a cell reception.

Hope you are all enjoying your summer as much as I am enjoying mine. BTW the teen is still alive (and that is a miracle).

Have there been too many other people around or have you just not found the right place to dump the body?

Sounds like it's all going great!!

Ha! Glad the teen is still alive and well.
Great work thus far and lovely to know that you are making your way, my friend.
